It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Sean Murphy, a beloved member of our community. Sean, who grew up in Dublin in the 1940s, embarked on a new chapter in Toronto, Canada, in 1983.![]()
Throughout his years in Toronto, Sean became one of the earliest supporters of the St. Patrick's Parade, leaving an indelible mark on our Irish community. His dedication shone brightly through his sponsorship of numerous Irish Toronto community events, courtesy of his businesses, Irish Travel Bureau Inc. and Kemptville Travel.![]()
Sean's generosity knew no bounds. He was always there, willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. No request was ever too big or too small for him, and his kindness touched the lives of many.![]()
Today, as we mourn the loss of a true community champion, let us remember Sean Murphy for his kind nature, boundless generosity, and his incredible contributions to our community. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Karen, family and friends during this difficult time.
